Be a part of it all! Enroll now! Watch Hill Yacht Club juniors and sponsored guests are welcome. Our Goal is to inspire junior sailors to develop a lifelong love of sailing!

Special Events:
This year there will be many exciting events on and off the water. Stay tuned to the junior calendar and web site for additional specifics as we get closer to the sailing season. This year we will host a 420 and Opti event, have some great cook outs, sail with the WH-15 sailors as well as many of the other exciting events that happened in the past. I am also excited to announce that our junior sailors will learn sailboarding, team race in Optis and 420, have some top clinics with visiting coaches, learn to sail on big boats, race a WH-15 that was donated to the Jr. Program, and many more fun filled activities on the water.

The instructors are key to the Junior Sailing Program. Each of our instructors has particular talents and great sailing experience that lend to the program’s success. Whether it’s the technical expertise, racing prowess, fun-loving character or organizational skills, they all have a love of sailing that is catching! Each has made the commitment to teach our youngsters this summer. We are very fortunate that Junior Sailing Instructors Teddy Weeks, Natalie Sawyer and Sam Greenfield are returning this summer. Rounding out our sailing instructor team will be Emily Maxwell and Nathan Fast. We are happy to welcome our instructors to another successful season on the water in Watch Hill!

Volunteer! The secrets to our successful regattas are our enthusiastic and caring volunteers. They are not just parents of sailors, they are new and seasoned members, and we thank them all!

Volunteer for the Junior Program Committee – it plans sailing and social activities for our youth, which may overlap with family and young adult events. Watch Hill Yacht Club is our club, and as a former Commodore say’s “we all love her!” Let’s make this a season to remember!
