Another blustery September evening, with winds holding steady in the teens. Sailmaker Randy Shore was out with the fleet, lending his expertise. With his help, Goose pulled out a first-place finish. A strong turnout of 8 boats on the line made for a spirited evening of racing.

Conditions proved far trickier, with
flukey winds swinging 180 degrees during the race and shifting between heavy and very light. With a mix of luck and skill, the unpredictability worked in their favor as
Hi Toots! managed to secure two first-place finishes. Meanwhile,
Randy was aboard
Bahama Gal, helping the fleet evaluate options for their next sail purchase. Looking ahead,
spinnakers are on order for next season, so expect to see some
new colorful designs out on the course.
